Therefore, the Country Head of Bahria Town Mr. Shahid Mehmood Qureshi highlights this niche and plans to open an institute that would facilitate the people interested in grooming themselves in this real estate market. With the positive response of the students in different forums around Karachi, the CEO of Califonia Real Estate & Builders Mr. Bilal Talib with the coordination of the Country Head of Bahria Town Mr. Shahid Mehmood Qureshi started working on this project by introducing SMQ Realtors Training and Development Institute of Pakistan in ICMA Karachi. All graduates of this venture is undergoing internship in California Real Estate & Builders. SMQ Realtors Training and Development Institute of Pakistan is now opening in Hyderabad in TIMES The Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship.
